Verified patient experiences
If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in at 5:20pm to have my child seen and for starters there was no receptionist in the front. I waited for about 5 mins until she came around the corner. Then I was turned away, stated they were not seeing any more patients but they close at 6 and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Don’t advertise rapid care and walk ins if you’re not going to follow it.
Absolutely horrible service. My sister went there for blood work. Then was scheduled again for results. Only to be told she could not recieve her results because they do not accept her insurance. A week goes by and she finds out they DO in fact take that insurance and when she went in for her results the "Dr." She seen told her she "would be much prettier if she lost some weight" and how she should think about how much "better her appearance would be if she dropped a couple of pounds." Utterly disrespectful, not at all professional and a joke of service.
Horrible experience with the doctor there. Told me that there was nothing wrong with my test results. I was in so much pain I had to go to the ER the next day and a different doctor told me exactly what was wrong by looking at the same test results. Also was told “you can go to a surgeon to get it looked at but they’ll tell you they don’t need to operate” then had surgery the very next day because I was in so much pain.
Went in there hoping to be seen quick and they took a long time. When it was my turn to go in the lady performing the analysis was telling me that she wanted to do the process fast so she could go to lunch. She did not do a good job and had her cellphone out and checking messages. Never going there again as I am just receiving my statement from the day I went in and I don’t feel like I was treated properly.
1 star for getting me in quickly, another star for a friendly Dr. - Here is my story. I took my daughter in around 7:45p last week. My 3 year old daughter was complaining of ear pain and had a fever. She was in pain. The dr didn’t not prescribe me anything he just told me “if the symptoms worsen call me and I’ll prescribe something tomorrow” so of course following Drs orders. The next day the pain was worse, he called in the RX ear drops, I started the RX, but a day or two later pain was worsening I took her to the ER in prosser & they could not see her ear canal because there was too much liquid/ear drainage/ear drops, my daughter suffered for 5 days after, when finally I took her to a dr at her regular pcp’s office (which I should have done in the first place) and they conducted a test that I had not seen the other clinic or ER perform. My daughter had a ruptured eardrum! & might have hearing damage or might need to have surgery to repair the damage. I’m deeply saddened and angry that this could have been prevented. I will never go back, & I wouldn’t recommend them either.
