I’ve called several locations in several different days and I’ve never been able to get a hold of someone
received an update 10/14/25 staying inspire reps normally don't show up for appointments unless procedure was performed by that physician. these findings are untrue as I had had a rep show up on another state with a Dr who did not do the procedure . secondly, the person who made the appointment with me should be educated on your policy instead of confirming a rep would be preeent . let's just say now , Inam reporting these findings to my insurance company, disputing the claim , additionally disputing the charge in my credit card . Any bill O receive , will not be paid . made an appt with Dr. Nakkah. Pretty disappointed in my experience at this doctor's office.. made an appointment for inspire rep (sleep apnea) to be st office and confirmed, but no one showed up. Not exactly what I expected, especially considering the cost. Maybe clarify the details next time? Wouldn't recommend without some changes. disputing charges with insurance company.
Dr. Masri is a very caring doctor who addressed all of my concerns. He listens very well to my concerns and at the end of the appointment I always feel he really cares about his patients. He has helped me tremendously in giving me a better nights sleep. Thank You for your care.
Dr Morse cares. If you need extra time to address concerns or questions Dr Morse will take the time. So if they are running late it is no doubt that Dr is caring for another patient the same way he will care for you. Office staff very friendly..
Dr. Masri is an excellent doctor. He was very thorough, kind, and friendly with my 6 year old daughter and me. He was easy to talk to and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
