Poorly ran and some of the staff were really rude, would not recommend
I had a consultation with Dr. Nakka on July 19, 2024. I learned so much about sleep issues and my compromised sleep situation. It has been a problem for 25 years - since menopause. I finally feel hopeful that insomnia doesn't have to be my path in life. I'm preparing for an at home sleep study. Don't hesitate to contact Sleep Health MD. I'm glad I did.
The staff and doctors are excellent. They have much shorter wait time than the other sleep clinics in the area and are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Awful and rude people. Several months after getting sleep studies here (which resulted in no help) we get a call saying we owe money. So we called our insurance company and they explained to us that the fine people of sleep health md made a mistake when coding the bill, no big deal. When we called sleep health md back and tried to explain this, we were treated as if we were delinquents trying to avoid a bill and told there’s no way sleep health md made a mistake and that they “billed it as they always do.” They even had the nerve to flat out hang up in my wife’s face, which resulted in another collector calling and not even apologizing to my wife for their rude colleague. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Lori is a real professional - she reviewed my CPAP data results with me, checked my overall health. And made sure that I had now unanswered questions. The office staff were courteous and seemed very efficient. And I like the new office in Monterey - it's a great location for me.
