The waiting time was not too long. The PA was accurate. Dr. Gupta was thorough in his examination of me. He had a good follow-up plan as well.
The wait time was really fast the girls at the desk really know what they are doing! They are very kind and know there ….about running a doctors office ! I was roomed fast and had a really good visit with the doctor he was also kind and not stuffy and he even laughed at something I said, I like to go an office and it not be all dreary and sad ,it all I walked out of there knowing I have a new team to help me that really cared and want me to get better and stay better that is not always the feeling you get from other doctors right ? The doctor got down to and asked the right questions that pertained to me not off some written page of one size fits all , I was very impressed and so happy my primary doctor recommended Pacific Nero and Doctor Raj Gupta and his staff , girls should get a raise !!sorry doctor but good staff is hard to come by sometimes hahahah see you soon happy thanksgiving to all!
2 days before the appointment, they called me to cancel because they did not accept my son's health insurance anymore!!! I told them to keep the appointment as my son needed to adjust his medication and I would find another neurologist for him after. They did not budge at all even though they knew it would take my son a month or two to get a new doctor!!! I could not believe how horrible this health care business was running. I understood money was important to everyone but this was health care, a link/relationship between a doctor and his patients did not exist at all in this office lol. If they can get a new patient with better insurance, they will get rid of you without any mercy. A patient who waited a few months for his appointment and 2 days before they decided to kick him out because they did not like his insurance any more.
Excellent experience. The Dr. Shah was very patient while thoroughly listening to my concerns. He explained my condition in ways that I could easily understand. He quickly formulated a reasonable future plan for care. I look forward to follow up appointments and feel confident in my hope that, in time he can help me to greatly improve my symptoms.
The front office was helpful and friendly. I was brought to the back right away and met with Dr. Shah. He was really nice and made me feel heard. He took his time with me, making me feel like he really cared and wasn't just trying to get to the next patient.
