Comprehensive Sleep Center

My dad had an appointment with him for some sleep issue. Usually it's my older sister who would take him, but this time I was the one who brought him, so obviously I had no idea about this doctor's personality and patients' care like during a visit. Well, my initial impression interacting with him in regards of what needs to be done to my dad that day and to get the best possible result out of that visit was beyond my expectation! I would definitely consider myself to see him in the future for his expertise in his profession. Overall experience was top tier all the way from his staffing to making a follow up appointment from that visit!

I called around to 7 different Sleep Medicine Clinic's and couldn't get through past and answering machine. Called to Dr. Agarwal 's and got through instantly. Staff was very helpful and friendly over the phone even though I mentioned I was calling around. Eventually booked my appointment with Dr. Agarwal's office. Upon returning my sleep study device the next day, the staff informed me there was a patient who did not show so if I wanted to, I could be seen the same day. Great news!!! So, I was able come in the day prior and have my follow up with results the next day. Amazing. Truly thankful for Dr. Agarwal and his team for being so helpful and accommodating. Now about the care I received. Dr. Agarwal is highly knowledgeable and was willing to ask all of the hundreds of questions I had. What I would recommend for patients is, Dr. Agarwal can speak a bit fast so do pay attention or ask him to repeat or slow down if needed. Lots of information to share so I was able to fully follow and understand.

Been going to Dr. Agarwal for a few months. Staff is professional and on top of things. Yes at times it gets busy and hectic, but what doctor’s office isn’t. Dr. Agarwal is very professional and to the point. No sugar coating, which is needed sometimes with stubborn patients (myself included).

I was referred to this office from my employer's on-site clinic. I checked in for an appointment but was never actually seen by the doctor or given an initial consultation. Despite this, I was billed and repeatedly emailed for payment over several months. I've called to get this remediated to no resolution. The charge was also submitted to my insurance, even though no services were provided. Operations needs improvement at this office.

I had an appointment with them to go over my test results, and the lab tech didn't complete the results in time for the appointment. After 2 minutes the appointment was over and they asked me to schedule a new appointment. I then had to reschedule the appointment to go over the same test results and I was charged for both appointments. There is such a clear lack of professionalism, first in not completing the results on time for the appointment and secondly then for being double charged. Each month that I’ve gotten a bill reminder I've called in to Dr. Agarwal's office to explain this, not once but around 8+ times. They’ve always said they would remove the duplicate charge. In total I was charged around $850. ~$150/appointment and some other charges including breathing obstruction and sleep tests. Because of the duplicate appointment I paid for everything except the $150. Update: It’s taken over a year but they’ve removed the charge
