I’ve had several significant issues that have come up over the last five or six years, and Duly has consistently addressed the root cause which is dramatically affected me in a positive way. His staff is always attentive and professional. There are multiple sites which makes getting an appointment or visiting a specialist very convenient as well. I have never felt more comfortable with another doctor as I do with Dr Patrick Omera. He have great bed side manners , very prudent as well very very knowledgeable In the Medicine. Initially tried to make an appointment at Hinsdale Orthopedics. While I was waiting for the third call center person to call me back, I decided to contact the second of two referrals that I received (Dr. Thangamani). I made one call and in less than a minute, had an appointment that met my needs. I arrived a few minutes early, was taken precisely at my appt time, gave my background, had X-rays taken, spoke to the doctor for 5-10 minutes and was out the door in 30 minutes. Efficient process overall and Dr. Thangamani was great. He is clearly highly capable, easy to talk to and provided clear next steps.
I see Lauren Partain as my primary care provider, and I’ve had a great experience with her. She is thoughtful, patient, and really takes the time to listen without rushing through appointments. I always feel heard and supported, and she remembers details from previous visits, which makes my care feel personal and consistent. I truly appreciate her compassionate approach.
Words can’t describe how grateful I am that my daughter recommended Dr. Sandoval. She is very professional, efficient, great listener and compassionate.
