It is impossible to get any information on what the process is for being seen for a potential sleep disorder. I understand the need for a referral from your primary care physician, but they told me I need a referral just to speak with someone on the phone about what services they actually offer. What? I was told they "can't give me advice" on how to handle my sleeplessness. That is not advice. It is literally just explaining the extent of their services as the website is severely lacking in information. What kind of tests do you perform? Do you offer an in-house clinic or do you send patients home with equipment? Really just basic info. I'll just make the drive up to Portland and see real professionals because this place is an absolute joke.
Ryan was awesome. After speaking with me about my situation he was able to quickly diagnose what was happening. He was able to provide a solution to get things on track. I can't recommend you highly enough.
