These people are crooks! I went to interview for a new family Dr. and was billed $1,300 for speaking to a practitioner for less than 45 minutes. No one even touched me! They coded my visit as an annual health exam, and wouldn’t change it. No wonder healthcare costs are through the roof!

I was not impressed by Dr Pang. He was 20 minutes late to my appointment, not very personable, rushing the whole time, not answering the questions I had, basically not caring about my health at all. I am from Burns and its already a 2 hour drive to go over to see a specialist but he wanted me to come back for a consultation with the anesthesiologist, then come back again for surgery after he basically told me I dont really need. I will not be back to Summit or Dr Pang! Summit in general has gone down hill the past few years. Terrible service and you usually don't see a doctor but a nurse practitioner for the same price as a doctor. Terrible business, yes business not health care.

Dr. Robert Yee recently started working at Summit Health. He was previously employed by St. Charles where he made a habit of harming patients by being: dispassionate, argumentative, dismissive, disrespectful, arrogant, unknowledgeable, and careless. Resulting in a abysmal reputation evidenced by exceptionally few appointments any given day compared to his peers throughout the city. It is incredibly disturbing that Summit would pick up a disgraced doctor of this caliber hoping his past won't be known to the unsuspecting patients here. I would urge patients to use extreme caution as you cannot count on him to look out for your care in the most basic of ways, and Summit health to reconsider hiring doctors that leave patients worse then when they started.

I’d never recommend this place to anyone who’s sick with anything. The doctors do less than the bare minimum and when they actually refer you to a specialist for something urgent the wait time is 3+ months. I wish I could say the lab is better but the wait time is around a hour and they are unorganized and lose your test requests.

Fast and efficient responses from medical staff. Switched from St. Charles to Summit Health because I wanted to follow Dr. Yee, who has been an attentive and knowledgeable PCP that I can count on to provide high quality patient-centered care
