It is a full service clinic where I can have my bloodwork done also. Everyone is very accommodating from the front office to the two Dr.s. Both are totally ready to serve with great knowledge and fine bedside manor.
From the welcoming front desk all the way to Dr Karl, everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs. I’ve had several occasions where I needed to be seen right away and this office was quite accommodating. I’m so happy to have this wonderful PCP experience right in Sunriver so I don’t have to go into Bend.
This is like going to the Clinic in our small town in Washington years ago. Everyone knows you. The staff is so friendly and the service is great. Plus we don't have to drive to Bend.
My first visit was great. I felt good about switching to a new PCP, however as the visits progressed, the bedside manner and general demeanor of the PA became very dry and transactional. My last visit I felt more like a commodity and not a patient. Going back to my previous care provider. The convenience isn't worth the trade off.
Everything about this clinic is top teir Oregonian awesomeness. From the forst visit, they are always warm, sincere, welcoming and proffesional. I feel like im treated like a person here who is being CARED for with their constant kindness to their seamless operations. You never wait long and the waiting room may have 1 person in it with you. No rat race here, just the best setting to handle medical needs in Central oregon. I drive 45 minutes to Sunriver to go see doctor Carl Weinberg when I have summit 10 minutes away in redmond. You can't get better than this place and these fine folks.
