If you have a choice, stay far away from this place. I have been a patient for around 2 years and it has been the most miserable medical experience of my life. Dr. Panossian is very demeaning, inconsiderate and does not listen. He actually accused me of paying too much attention to my health, I kid you not. Basically, shut up and move on. Top this off with the fact the office never calls me back, an issue that has been going on for over a year. I have filed complaints with Oregon Medical Board, Ombudsman and BBB against this medical facility. I sincerely hope anyone being referred here has the ability to go somewhere else. It pains me to think that others are probably experiencing the same issues I have. I think the worst part is he pretty much has a monopoly for Pulmonology in Klamath falls which is such a disservice to the community. EDIT 12/20/2024 BBB stated that this organization refused to answer the complaint. God save anyone that counts on Dr. Panossian!!
Appointments do take a bit to get in. But once I saw the doctor he was very nice, listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. Got scheduled to pick up a home sleep study kit. She explained how to use and it was easy to use once I got home. Overall, I was satisfied with this office.

So I got the referral Sept 26 and was told 4-6 weeks in Dec I contacted them then was told I need to do sleep study which took even longer..I've done 2 sleep studies since then..2 weeks ago was told the supplies and equipment needed to be approved well approval came on Feb 17th..I have yet to hear from them I've left messages but they don't get returned...I've spoke with someone who said my call will be returned today so hopefully I'm not getting the run around..meanwhile I've been using the same equipment for a year and half. I've been patient and nice and get put on the back burner
