Review for Dr. Deepti Sinha Dr. Sinha at Peninsula Sleep Center in Burlingame, CA is knowledgeable and accommodating. She addresses patient concerns attentively and offers a range of solutions tailored to individual needs. I highly recommend.
It took 3 months for them to set my follow up after doing the sleep study. Then they tell me they don't have any results for me from the study. When I was given instructions to use the sleep study device the lady was extremely short with me and completely unfriendly. The device recorded my sleep just like i was instructed. When I dropped the device off a different lady was at the counter and completely ignored me when I was trying to drop off the device and never took down any information. Then with no surprise they lose my information but what did surprise me was try to blame me for not using the sleep study device correctly. Really 3 months later you tell me there is no data and its my fault. I will not be doing another study or going back. Bad experience!
Great staff, answered all my questions and provided excellent education. Took time to make sure the correct mask was provided and helped with the fitting.
They asked me to do a sleep study they charged me 70$/night for 2 nights. Not recommended to do a sleep study. You will waste your money for only talking.
I had my sleep study here, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Carmen, the overnight technician, thoroughly explained the process as she wired me up and had me do some simple motions for calibration while I was in bed. When it was time to sleep, it took me a while to get used to the device, but I did fall asleep eventually and didn't wake up until the next day at 6am. Carmen informed me that the data gathering was successful, so I was able to go home.
