Great experience with front desk person,. I was taken in at time of appt. Tech was friendly, explained exam, estimated time I'd get the results on Mychart. Very efficient. 5 stars

Had a mamogram, very routine, however the tech was wonderful. Talked to me like I was a regular human being. Explained in detail how I was supposed stand and c why. She answered questions that I thought about but didn't ask. Very personal and professional, I hope everyone has the privilege to be exposed to her.

Dr. Farris is beyond amazing. He listens to his patients, connects with them, does a thorough evaluation/exam and asks all the questions to ensure to correct plan of care/diagnosis. He is changing the face of Adventist Columbia Gorge for the better. I wish we could just clone him a million times! Nurse Nikki was very compassionate. Reassuring and comforting the entire visit. They made my ER visit surprisingly pleasant.

I would like to start out by saying everyone that I have interacted with at the hospital has been outstanding. They have been amazing, kind, caring and professional until Sunday morning November 9th. I was having a hard time sleeping as I do on occasion. I had gotten 13 plus hours of sleep during the previous day. Regarding wasn’t tired. I have sleep apnea and I’m supposed to use my c-pap when I’m sleeping. The over night nurse came into my room around 4:30 am. He asked why I wasn’t asleep and I explained that I wasn’t tired and that this happens to me from time to time. He began to scold me about not using my c-pap and not going to sleep. He asked me what was to point of me being there. I tried to explain to him that I wasn’t tired and couldn’t sleep. He continued his rant for a few minutes until John the respiratory therapist walked in the room. The nurse turned his attention towards John asking who he was and what he was doing there. I have never been talked to like that. He treated me like I was wasting everyone’s time. Mind you I didn’t see him at all during the night. Anyway his conduct was incredibly un professional. After that he never came back but I could hear him complaining about me out in the hallway. The rest of the staff has always been nothing but amazing but he was a complete jerk.

I came into the ER for copd and possibly the flu, there wasn’t any waiting, Dr hickle and nurse Donna took great care of me. They talked to me and we decided it would be best to be admitted. The nurses on the third floor took really good care of me for 3 days I felt like they were sincere in their care. I felt very fortunate that this medical team was there for me in my time of need. The food was delicious as well.
