Horrible patient experience. I have been chasing down the results of a sleep study for MONTHS but they will not answer the phone so it is phone tag. They will leave me voicemails but if I pick up the phone, they disconnect, requiring me to call back and leave ANOTHER voicemail asking that they contact me. They do not upload any of test results to the patient portal or EPIC and you cannot submit a records request through the patient portal. I might as well just pay for another in-lab sleep study at a reputable provider.
They dont care about patient and waste time. I recommend never choice jiva health they really dont know i think they are not like doctors.
This complaint is because of the doctors they’re they were not knowing what they were doing and also,they called us to come but they didn’t even know for what cause they told us to come for.My child’s face and body still has glue and stickers on it they didn’t take all the stickers out they took a long time about 1,2 hours to call us in.They were not professional.
I’ve been around & worked in healthcare all my life. NEVER have I had to call a doctor and complain my loved one’s prescription has not been called in/approved (going on) six times. I sat on hold for over 40 minutes last Friday to get the prescription sent but apparently it wasn’t sent with insurance approval. I’ve been promised a call from a manager and that their “prior authorization team” would correct this problem in 24 hours. That was over 48 hours ago and the prescription is still pending. I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the medical board. Also, when my loved one was early for their telehealth appointment (after calling the office for the link they never sent), they called the office to see if their doctor was going to join the appointment, was told, “Yes, we’re just very busy today.” When the doctor finally did join the video appointment, he started reprimanding my loved one for not being on time for the appointment! When they explained they were actually early and the doctor was late, he was once again told, “I’m really busy today.” Considering my loved one was squeezing in the telehealth meeting during a break, I ask myself, aren’t we all busy?? They obviously have and continue to take on more patients than they can handle considering their wait times. If you look at their previous Google reviews, I am not the only one who has issues with their wait times. If you can find another doctor who can treat you, RUN AWAY!!
About to put in a complaint with my insurance and ask to switch providers because this is not ok. I just moved back to Sacramento, CA from Louisiana and I been having trouble getting my omnipod and Dexcom G7 back. I talked to omnipod which they are very helpful and Dexcom was very helpful too but it just seems like my provider at Jiva is being careless about ordering my Devices needed to survive. I’m a type one diabetic who is constantly in and out of the hospital For DKA. I filled out a grievance with my insurance, but it just seems like they’re not getting it.
