Staff are loud I couldn’t get any sleep I don’t understand how you can work at a ( sleep clinic) knowing patients are THERE TO SLEEP trying to sleep and be loud , or not whisper and use an inside people are literally there to sleep . Staff was setting up a patient in the other room and there were talking loud laughing story telling very inconsiderate and disruptive, I told staff they were to loud and to please keep it down and they were still loud I hope I never have to test here again
Had an overnight sleep test here a week ago. The tech was okay, but the place was dank, not too clean, and worse, noisy! No excuse for an environment like that for a sleep study. It's been impossible to get a hold of Jiva, no call backs so far. Never again.
The at home sleep test was easy enough. You go, pick up the equipment, and use it for a day. The problem comes when you want your results. They are not responsive by email or phone. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten my results or even been able to talk to someone on the phone.
Would have definitely given 5 stars, but the only negative is the administrative staff. They are curt, and short in their responses, and they do not listen when you are trying to give them pertinent information. The staff that actually perform the study are great. Also, my doctor referred me to them and said if I didn't hear from them in a week to call them. I did not hear from them. I called and left a message. I never got a return call. Weeks later, and I mean WEEKS later, I received a phone call from CCSC wanting to schedule my appointment. I mentioned to the woman on the phone that I had tried to make an appointment weeks ago and had never been called back. She said, "well we are calling now..." Inconsiderate and rude front office staff. Probably because they are the only game in town.
I did sleep study there few years ago. The room was setup well - humidifier, A/C for climate control. With all the sensors attached to my body I though I'd never fall asleep but I managed. Results seemed reliable as far as sleep indicators go that doctor was interested in. The part that wasn't great is they invite you to start at 9pm and sleep study ends at 5am. This is well outside my sleeping hours - starts and ends too early. I felt tired and sleepy whole day after that.
