I really can't say enough great things about Mt Scott ENT & Dr Lee. This was literally the best surgery I have ever had and I am just beyond grateful for all of Dr. Lee's work. She is very patient, kind, and so descriptive about everything pertaining to your health. Originally I had a doctor in Eugene that really put everything off for nearly a year until it hit a really painful level for me. It was effecting my personal life to a point where breathing was nearly impossible and sleep was a challenge too. That's when I called Mt Scott and Dr Lee got on it immediately. She had my insurance lined out in the first week after our appointment and then had surgery scheduled asap. Just such a contrast to what I was going through previously. I would 100% recommend going to Dr Lee for any sinus related issues. She is AMAZING!!

I must say my visit was awesome. Not something i usually say about a doctors appointment. All the staff from the reception to the doctors are fantastic, kind and personable. The wait was minimal, as they don't over schedule and leave you sitting in the waiting room for 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend this office. 💯

My physician at My Scott ENT was Dr. Chan. After reviewing my MRI he prescribed bilateral sinus surgery to remove infection on both sides of my sinuses. Dr. Chan explained thoroughly what the procedure entailed. He ask several times if I had questions then answered them in a manner that was clear and concise. My surgery was preformed at Legacy Emanuel Hospital on a bright and early morning. Dr Chan was well prepared and again went over the procedure assuring me of a good result. My follow up was again direct, considerate and thorough. Dr Chan’s approach to treatment and follow up was a very positive. His skills are absolute. Besides being an excellent doctor he is a gentleman. From my experience I highly recommend Dr. Chan.

Dr. Richards was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and come up with a plan that made sense for me. The office was clean and well-organized, too. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend this practice to anyone needing ENT care!
