Staff were all friendly and once at the office my visit was pleasant and effecient. The issue is scheduling here took 6 months, once ordered my sleep study couldn’t be done for another month and a half. The sleep study just includes a 5 min appt for me to pick up the equipment. This office is the only sleep clinic in the area so they really need to up their staff.
I had a very bad experience with doctor Hassan k she was rude and never called me back. I had to call then she try send me to a different doctor office 2 hrs away knowing I couldn’t do that the office found out and let me test at the office. Worst experience at this clinic
I need to work with an office that makes make life easier to care for someone who is mentally ill with pathological tendencies. I showed up 12 minutes late with my Mom and they marked it as a no-show, after having called beforehand to let them know I was having issues. For perspective, my Mom has become mentally ill suffering a rapid decline over the past 6 months and sabotages whenever she can. Which is what she had spent the whole morning doing, to my Mom's perceived success, because I failed to get her to the appointment. 10:08, park illegally. 10:12 front desk. Run downstairs to fix car. Come back up to find my mom hiding in the bathroom and that the staff had decided to bail on checking her in because she "left".
They sent over a referral from rebound and it’s been two weeks and now they say i have to wait another week to make the appointment. Piece Health needs to get there act together, if you need to see neurologist waiting over three weeks is crazy
My Sleep Doctor is nice, so are the sleep techs during the overnight stay, but the front desk staff are a little challenging at times. Plus if you take a med taxi to the over night stay they are all up in your grill about personal information which doesn't make much sense as the regular folk who choose to drive there or have people drop them off don't have to disclose any personal information. You could fly in on a bright yellow alien spacecraft, have Nancy Sinatra pick you up afterwards and they could care less. BUT.. take a med taxi...
