I had a great experience with everyone I dealt with at Emerald Sleep Center. Everyone from the front desk all the way to checking me out to go. I was incredibly impressed especially with Kyle who helped me program my Inspire device and to Julie from Inspire who was there to help. It was just great and I am so glad that I came into this this business to do what needs to be done to fix the problem that I had. I don't think it can get any better than Emerald Sleep Center. That sounded like a commercial didn't it. Oh well.
I was so pleased with my experience with Emerald Sleep Disorders Center. I received the kind of care that one would dearly hope for from health care professionals. My technician, Joel Hanson, was so patient and helpful during the whole sleep study. I could not have asked for a better experience!! I was hesitant to sleep overnight away from home. It was really a decent experience. The room was clean and nice, the assistant was really considerate and polite, the experience was interesting. Most importantly, they did a thorough study of my sleep patterns and I appreciate that!
