I held off on writing this review, but enough is enough. It has caused me considerable unneeded stress during the holidays. This place last minute canceled on me twice in a row. They expect you to give 48hours notice to cancel any appointment, but when it comes to the patient, they provide less than a 4 hour cancelation notice. The first time they canceled on me, the person was extremely rude. They could only find an open slot a month out and during a work night. Later, their supervisor called me back apologizing about the situation. This person was gave me a better date. Now it's the second time. Same rude caller as the first time. What is wrong with this person? Hung up on me mid call. I also prepaid for my appointment. When I asked for the refund (I don't want to prepay for a service I may never receive) I was told somebody else would call me back within 2 weeks... It took them a day to take my money, but it'll probably take them a month to pay me back.

Have not yet been able to get an appointment, have called on multiple occasions, and almost every time the phone call gets mysteriously dropped (no matter where I am) the moment it starts actually ringing for the scheduling department. Super frustrating, builds distrust and pushes patients away.

I wish I’d read these reviews before blindly trusting my primary’s referral, lesson learned! Nisha Pappachan is one of the worst healthcare professionals I’ve worked with. I came in struggling with mouth breathing, and was referred to take a sleep study by my dentist, but all she focused on was sleep apnea. I know I don’t have sleep apnea, and yet that’s all she cares about and seemingly the only thing she knows about? She didn’t bother to address any of my other concerns and is clearly singularly focused on one small aspect of disordered sleeping. She offered no resources for anything other than sleep apnea. Just tried to upsell me on coming in for a sleep study in the office to “rule out sleep apnea,” like that’s the only possible thing that affects sleep? $45 copays for 3 minute visits repeatedly. Disorganized, late to meetings, does not care at all. Does not want to get to know you. Will not ask any questions or approach sleep issues from any other standpoint except sleep apnea. Rushes through meetings. None of my concerns were addressed and so much money was wasted on this visit. I’m so frustrated. Do not take a referral here!

While the staff and facility were great, trying to set up an appointment was a nightmare, very little communication between this place, my insurance, my doctor, and myself as they never responded to my messages nor my doctor's. The only time I heard back was after I had called several times to reach a person and had made an appointment, and the call they made to me was an hour later to schedule an appointment. Absolutely terrible communication and a hassle to deal with.
