I was referred to this practice specifically for sleep issues and scheduled a telemedicine appointment hoping for guidance and solutions. Unfortunately, the provider offered no actionable advice, treatment plan, or direction whatsoever—only a recommendation to test for sleep apnea, which is not my concern and not why I sought care in the first place. When I questioned this approach, I was told the sleep apnea test would cost an exorbitant amount out of pocket for a condition I don’t have. Despite receiving zero helpful medical guidance or next steps, I was billed $378 for this appointment. The only “silver lining” was that the billing department offered to reduce the charge by 50% if I paid immediately—which I felt pressured to accept, but ultimately still paid nearly $200 for an appointment that provided no value, no solutions, and no path forward for my actual health concerns. This experience is a disheartening reflection of what healthcare has become in this country: expensive, transactional, and often lacking the basic care and attention patients deserve

Had a video visit. Felt like the provider was present and interested in my problems. The office reached out several times to be sure I was comfortable with a video visit. Felt like I had a great resolve to my concerns. Look forward to working with them.

I’ve found the doctor here to be good but unfortunately this is yet another specialist’s office where you will have to strongly advocate for yourself for anything to be done. After my initial appointment, I received no follow up regarding my at home sleep test and I had to work to find out the doctor recommended one in house. After this one I received no follow up about results after months. After eventually finding out that I tested positive for apnea, I have still not received my CPAP equipment or a follow up 20+ days later (they said someone would reach out in 10-12 days). Very dissapointing esp given all the positive reviews but this has happened to me here time and time again.

The guidance and counsel from the OSA staff was instrumental in helping me understand how sleep apnea was the root cause for chronic headaches and increased blood pressure. The CPAP seas an incredibly effective solution with nearly immediate and sustained results. No more Excedrin to start my day, and no more blood pressure medication required! A complete game changer👍
