The staff at the Vancouver Sleep Center have been outstanding for the 2 years I have been with them. From PA Barlow, Ms Inna and the whole reception team I am thoroughly grateful for all the services, education, and direction they have provided. Although Dr. Raghuram is a good sleep doctor, be very careful of their automatic system that bills your credit card before insurance has paid! Their office requires either a CC on file or a sizable cash deposit. 6/2023 they billed (before allowing my insurance to pay... whom they are contracted with) $574.16 to my CC and with multiple contacts they finally accurately adjusted my balance to $0. 8/2023 they billed my CC $1,898 and again after contacts adjusted my bill. I cancelled my card on file (for good reason) in 2023. Now, 2025 they want a card on file or cash deposit. I am looking for a new office.
