I'm giving them no star because the doctor has no ethics and professionalism. I scheduled my first appointment in March and they canceled my appointment 4 times just a few hours before my scheduled appointment. I finally got to see the doctor in December ( this month) and got the sleep study done. I've scheduled to go in to find out about the result this afternoon and again they canceled for the 5th time on the same day of the appointment. Unbelievable!
This has been one of the single worst experiences I have had in health care. It’s been 2 months since I had the sleep study and was diagnosed with severe sleep Apnea. I have called every week for an update only to hear the doctor has not made the order and is out of office. There has been no communication to me about any issues with getting the device. I have had to call them every week. Don’t bother.
Say you're going out of business without saying it. Have been rescheduled 3 times and all the morning of my appointment. Total wait time almost 6 months. Take time off to go to these appointments and i don't get a $50 fee to me for not canceling before 24 hrs. Thats what they charge so why not pay me. They are not professional and just need to shut the doors already. Every time i get the call from them its to inform me they don't have a doctor. Quit keeping people hanging for mionths while they could have been seen else where.
My experience started out great. I got an appointment right away and the overnight sleep technician is amazing. But after my last visit with the doctor, I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for him to upload whatever paperwork he needs to upload so I can get a CPAP machine. I’ve called them and let them know that I’m getting massive headaches at night and can barely function at work and as a mom what they say is that they’re trying to get the doctor to upload the study and they’ll just keep trying.
I don’t appreciate how long it takes to get an appointment here. I finally got in for a sleep study and my results took almost 2 months for me to get an appointment. Then it was cancelled on me bc of “family emergency”. Now I’m with Dr Dogra. He says I need another sleep study on top of the one I already had? Hmmm sounds like someone wants to charge insurance more money. I have friends and relatives who didn’t do a second sleep study for cpap machine. Yes find another clinic for your sleep apnea. Don’t go here.
