Swedish cancelled my appointment unilaterally last minute and repeatedly failed to schedule another. The call system regularly drops my call while on hold. The call back system does not work. I can't get responses to my emails. The MyChart system prevents me from messaging them because they won't assign me to a treating provider. I've been trying to get my prescription for six months to no avail. I was so desperate, I ended up buying a CPAP online to get relief. This facility seems better designed to waste its patient's time than do literally anything else.

Spent two hours on hold with 3 different receptionists just to schedule an appointment... Despite having a clear referral, they insist on having brand new evaluation done at their facility. And they have no idea about costs or insurance coverage. Overall, just a terrible customer service.

After reading the reviews here I was a bit concerned before coming. To my surprise it was a good experience all around. The scheduling team was professional and accommodating to my schedule. I was able to get in quickly (within a couple weeks), but went on the list to be called for a cancellations. My original apt was 2/13, but they got me in 2/4. Being a little flexible on my end made it a very quick turnaround. Going in to the facility this location they use hospital rooms with a “home bed”. Kind of an interesting set up, but they do it right giving you plenty of privacy and a restroom in the room. They had a fan in the room for some white noise and of course a TV. The tech and I forget her name (Blond hair lady) was very kind and professional. She explained the process completely and was able to answer all my questions. She didn’t rush me to go to sleep and that took the pressure off. Once asleep, I woke up once and was super nervous. Thinking now I’m sure it was in a strange place etc. Took the mask off and she came in. She was very nice and again didn’t rush me back to sleep. Just said take some time and when you’re ready you can go back to sleep. It took me about 15-20 min and I was back asleep. Next thing I knew it was morning and I couldn’t believe I had slept the amount of time needed to get the machine calibrated correctly. The regular CPAP didn’t work for me in the past. I would rip the mask off when sleeping all the time. Felt like I couldn’t breathe right. She moved me through a bipap and then to a ASV machine. The ASV was the ticket. Once on that I was able to sleep well for the first time in years. I am grateful for the Swedish sleep med team. They all did a wonderful job and I feel that I’m on the road to good sleep. At the end of the day that’s all I’m looking for from them. Thanks team!

I don't know about the quality of the actual treatment as so far they told me I had to cancel my sleep study after appointment was scheduled for avout 20 days, the day before, due to *pending pre authorization *. No call back as promised. After 4 hours on the phone the next business day it was clarified that my insurance doesn't require a pre authorization so now I am rescheduled for a month and a half out. All this pending since...July.
