The Oregon Clinic- Sleep Medicine

I’m leaving this review across all their sleep medicine locations because I’m at my wits end. I work in healthcare and have for over a decade. I’m pretty understanding but if I could give this place -5 stars, I would. Go literally anywhere else because you won’t get any care here. Waited 4 months for an appointment after getting a referral, finally had the virtual appt which was basically just an doc reading off a questionnaire before saying “yep, we need a sleep study”. I was given a number to call to get set up for an at home sleep study. I’ve been calling this place EVERY DAY for weeks now. No one answers the phone & most of the time it goes straight to voicemail, regardless of what time you call. Despite countless messages, they’ve only called back 2x, and unfortunately it was while I was working. I tried to call them back immediately after missing the call but they still didn’t answer. After the first missed call, I asked in my message to them to call on a weekday I have off, but they didn’t. They called the following Monday after that and I haven’t heard back from them since despite leaving multiple messages. That was 2 weeks ago. If you google the number they give you, it actually gives results for a permanently closed location, but if you call the other Oregon Clinic Sleep Medicine centers, they tell you they can’t help you. Honestly considering reporting them for Medicare/insurance fraud since they are billing for services but not actually treating people. Even if it’s not fraud, there is something incredibly shady going on here.

Can't even get an appointment. They don't answer their phone, they don't return phone calls. Renting a room at a clinic is pretty shady. Not sure how they stay in business.
