Dr. Saw is just amazing. Very personable . He is a very good listener. I just felt good after talking to him. We need more good doctors like him!

Staff was able to get me in early, so I could make it to another Dr. Aptt. time was changed that morning. Dr. O'Malley was very prepared and answered all my questions with persice, understandable answers. Thank you. R.

Reaching the clinic for follow-up appointments is challenging and incredibly labor intensive. All CPAPs are apparently delayed right now, but calling the office again and again during business hours to be routed to messages, getting callbacks that commit to responding in MyChart with clear cost breakdowns and appointment times, then getting MyChart messages back with no detail is frustrating and disheartening when there are actual health issues on the line. Costs and respiratory therapist logistics have been the worst part so far. I’m writing this hoping folks who choose who to work with have the chance to consider the amount of phone/message back and forth they can handle alongside the actual issue that brought you in in the first place.

I thought everything was great. Percy explained everything very well. He was very attentive and took good care of me! Just one small thing it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to hang my clothes and the pillows were very thin and would’ve been tough to sleep on. I brought my own which I’m glad I did.

I had a wonderful time, slept well after the dark room eye exercises crickets. I awoke at 6 am ., no problem showered off the adhesive and was out the door. Had to wash my hair again and condition. Feel's much better now. It was like sleeping in a hotel room. I don't have the results but can't wait to hear. The tech was amazing and so in sync with EVERYTHING. He offered great conversation as he applied the hardware. Was over before you know it.
