We had a very disappointing experience with Creekside Sleep Medicine Center. The treatment they provided was not effective, and after deciding to return the device, we continued receiving bills for over a year. To make matters worse, the bills were inconsistent and confusing, often containing charges that made no sense. Even more concerning, older statements mysteriously disappeared from their portal, making it impossible to track what we had already paid or disputed. It felt like they were deliberately trying to obscure information and avoid accountability. This place does not operate transparently, and based on our experience, it feels more like a scam than a legitimate medical provider. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere before getting involved. Run!

I'm feeling really disappointed by their efficiency, I've contacted this center from March for oral appliance to treat snoring problem. I have to keep push/follow up by myself for everything! Such as setting up appointment with Dr for: 1. picking up self test home tool kit; 2. test result discussion with Doctor. 3. Schedule lab test appointment with third party institute. 4. contact dentist to set appointment for my oral appliance production! I'm really frustrated since it's already been 8 month and I haven't gotten my appliance!

Be forewarned, this facility has extremely poor follow through with patient communication! For instance, following my sleep study results feedback appointment on 6/17, the doctor presented me with options and advised me her team would follow up with me at the end of the week. I spent the next 4+ weeks leaving messages with NO return call. Mid July I connected with a staff member who took my request to pursue the CPAP machine & informed me she would put the order to the Dr to sign off on (which was completed on 7/31). Upon another attempt to reach someone on 8/19 to understand the status on my request for a CPAP machine, I learned from one of the techs that they actually do not have all their internal contracts in place for patients with BCBS to bill/issue CPAP equipment to their patients. Had I know this upfront I would have had my study done somewhere where they can fully support me in a timely manner - here it is mid August and I am still waiting to be issued a CPAP machine! Just be forewarned upfront - I personally never imagined the delay for being issued equipment (not sure why they did the study if they didn’t have everything on the back end to support the need for issued equipment). And I personally have not experience good communication & follow-through with this office.

I have had an awesome experience here with the entire team. Doctor Tersea Jacobs listened to everything I said even when I went on my tangents lol. She suspected that I had Apnea but we needed data to make it official. I did the home test. Was able to get it same day that they called me to schedule it because someone cancelled an pickup appointment. They went through all the details and I really felt well informed. I was diagnosed end of last month with Sleep Apnea. I was given all the potential options to help my Apnea and what it could mean financially and long term effects of all the different products. She had mentioned surgery might be a good option eventually for me and we both agreed that I would want to try every non invasive thing first. She did prescribe me sleep medicine for a 90 day supply, but stared she wouldn't do more which I am absolutely fine with. I hope to not have to use it all the time or use it when needed. So I got fitted for my CPAP machine yesterday which was fun. I really enjoyed the experience. I am beginning my sleep therapy journey and couldn't be happier!

I've spent way more time with doctors than I'd have liked to in my life due to being a caretaker for my father who suffered and ultimately passed away from Multiple Myeloma. I'd like to say that most of the doctors I've encountered have been as kind, thorough, and empathetic as Dr. Jacobs. She made me feel that she was truly listening/hearing what I was saying as. I really appreciated her bedside manner is direct but impeccable and empathetic. I did not feel rushed in any way (which I am not used to), and she provided me with a lot of information and educational insight that I can start implementing NOW before we have my sleep study. I look forward to working with Dr. Jacobs to improve the quality of my health and life. Also, the MA, Jocelyn was very kind, prompt, thorough, and did an amazing job explaining what I could expect in this visit and regular visits going forward. Lastly, this clinic itself is very calming and just a nice and welcoming space that I feel promotes just that intentionally. Thank you, Dr. Jacobs, Jocelyn, and the Creekside team for being such a thoughtful and clearly experienced practice.
