Finally got a home test after nearly three years. Then, they called me for a sleep test at the clinic, disguised as a CPAP fitting, after the at home test. They left me waiting for months, I've called left and right. The staff is always rude or snobby. Finally when I got a hold of someone, they acted like it was my fault they didn't call me, or contact me. The secretary always has attitude when I tell her my availability. I just want my damned CPAP. We already confirmed that I have sleep apnea, give me my machine.
Well I'm in this situation where I'm homeless at the moment but waiting for a apartment and my voucher in the next 30 to 60 days. The front counter lady asked me why I haven't used my machine so I told her and then the next thing she told me is to find a outlet just like that really rude way . She has no idea what homeless people go through. It doesn't work like that. So I reported her too ycco. There was no need for a comment like that.
I was very disappointed in my treatment. The one Dr they have that only comes to the clinic 1 day per month was extreamly rude. My Dr had referred me to Dr Pathial but instead I got this other Dr but I cant remember his name. His bedside manor was beyond rude. One time I was there and he asked me if I had ttaken the caccine
Clinic staff shows absolutely NO compassion or understanding for single mothers, asking for a cancel fee on a referral appointment that was made well over 6 months ago, that needed rescheduling! I had to reschedule because my children came home with PUBLIC SCHOOL LICE, there was 0 compassion from any of the staff regarding having to reschedule my appointment! As a matter of fact she laughed at me when I stated my concern For not being able to afford the fees and knowing damn well the doctor sees a much higher salary than I! This is the reason we don’t see doctors on the basis that is needed! They take advantage of anyone they can!
Dr. Pathil will lie to you saying he will do something for you but it never happened. He refused to change my breathing machine when I was getting constant nose bleeds. He is very lazy. He is a very conceeded person. He thinks he is a know it all but he doesn't care what the patient wants. Still trying to have his office send my records to new doctor; after months go by... crickets. Don't go to this doctor. He is awful!
