I waited for 15 minutes to ask if they were taking new patients and let them know I was an external referral. I was transferred to someone else, who transferred me back to the first desk I called, who put me on hold. 40 minutes into the call I was told that they aren't taking new external referrals. You have GOT to be kidding me. That's 40 minutes of my life I'm not getting back.

Make sure you need to do this. I was Charged almost $400 for a 15 minute zoom call from a doctor that just asked a few questions.

The worst! Months waiting for a zoom medical appointment that happened in Jan 2025. Clinic mid- August. No follow-up! I called September 26 after continued sleep and health problems and was told the next time I could zoom-talk to the doctor was late November. And I still don't have my sleep clinic results!! The receptionist is terribly rude and unhelpful.

Too bad experiences One is extremely rude staff person at the Edmonds location. Second, the cardiologist recommended my husband see sleep medicine ASAP following an emergency pacemaker placement. They cannot give me an appointment for 5 months with his sleep medicine person. However my real issue is that they were unwilling to see if any of their other providers have in earlier appointment as they don't like patients to switch providers. I would say this is an example of putting the provider before the patient. Will definitely be looking for someplace else to go

Today I called them six times I tried to transfer to speak to someone live and it kept hanging up on me so I did the call back option three times there was no call back any of the three times is it possible to try to get ahold of them I called both this location and the location in Issaquah and the Renton location and is the same problem how many times do you have to call someone to get a hold of them. I really needed to make an appointment with a sleep doctor there's nothing more I could do all day but call multiple locations multiple times. Horrible management or follow up.
