When I came in, I had fought consistent sleep deprivation for years. They gave me a take home sleep test, diagnosed sleep apnea about nine months ago, and have given me the gift of consistent nights sleep for months. I hardly recognize my body. The CPAP took a month to get used to, and that was hard, but the results, it turns out, were unbelievable. I owe an enormous debt of gratitude to these people. Thank you!

I give one star because the sleep tech at the clinic at night was super friendly. But the sleep study j had to do was $10,000 and a waste of time. I didn't need the study. It was just a deflection by The terrible providers who get me to jump through hoops to avoid having to do any actual medicine. If you are lucky you will get to see a provider once every 6 to 8 months for about 20 minutes. Every time you send them a tiny message they charge your insurance company again. And Lord help you If you are Medicare or Medicaid. The over billing that happens at this place is beyond insane. I got a phone call from a provider out of the blue without asking and that call lasted about 14 minutes. All of a sudden the next day I got a notice in my email stating that my account balance had changed. When I went in to see what it was it listed some "visit" as if I had actually gone to the location, But it listed it as a very short one. At least that's what was in the title. But later I looked again because the price was really high, it was $500. What was actually built to my insurance company was for a double long visit which did not happen. 14 months of treatment at this location after being supposedly hand it off for a given purpose, and I got nothing. The medication that I was taking when I came there was identical to the medication I was taking when I left. I got no treatment whatsoever. The last straw was when they recommended I change a setting on my PAP as a result of a bogus study, But they didn't bother to check that it was already set to that setting and was that way since I purchased it and had it set up by a different sleep provider. This was the worst 14 of waiting for actual treatment of the condition I have, only to discover that they aren't actually going to treat me. They're going to waste my time and rip off the government. Despicable. Disingenuous. Dangerous. Dishonest. What a horrible experience. I highly recommend that you run like hell from this place. A different location like Swedish If you want real treatment. This place is a joke. I know more about sleep medicine then the people that work there, That's how pathetic it is.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The facilities were super clean. However, be forewarned, parking costs money after the first half an hour, and they don't validate parking here. It can also take a very long time to find parking - I recommend resigning yourself to going straight down to the bottom floor then looking for parking on the way up. There are elevators, so it technically doesn't matter where you park. Remember to bring your ticket with you so that you can pay it before you head down the parking elevator.

My initial virtual visit was very smooth and Violet Robb was very kind and knowledgeable. The sleep lab staff is very friendly and thorough. From checkin staff to nurses, they were all very kind, patient, and helpful. You definitely know you’re in a hospital, but the room is comfortable nonetheless.

This place does not know how to deal with black people or their hair. I literally had to request the one black employee that they had and even then they treated me like I was the big wolf and let their biases do the work for them rather then just treat me with kindness like I wanted them do for everyone else and then made rude disrespectful comments regarding my natural hair. An Asian and white worker (both men) and one even tried touching my hair and this employee had absolutely nothing to do with my case. Please teach your employees better we deserve the exact same care as anyone else. We pay money just like the rest, this was very despicable. I know that your biases will say that I was likely being loud and unruly (I know how most operate here) but this was not the case and I shouldn’t have to say that in order to be believed or treated with basic kindness as a patient. Please save your time and look for better options where you be treated with respect. I was not and will never forget it.
