Dr. Pologe was incredibly thorough, efficient and considerate for my well being and personal needs. I went in there feeling like I might die from the pain I was having and left feeling assured I will be okay with the resources and education i received from having going to this hospital. Everyone there was very kind and considerate especially Grace. %100 deserves that daisy award! The X-ray tech even brought a fresh, clean and warm blanket, which helped significantly. Thanks to everyone at peacehealth in cottage grove for actually helping with my pain management and now I have a good plan for recovery because of them, God bless you all!
I’ve been to a few of the other urgent cares in the area. But the service here was amazing and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I 100% will be returning here next time i am sick.
Horrible. Empty waiting room and bed rooms at 3 am and a nurse said she wasn't going to "let me monopolize a hospital bed" when I asked to stay for 10 minutes longer. I was still dizzy. Come to find out, i'm severely malnutritioned. Go figure. Go somewhere else. These people don't care about you and won't listen to you.
Doctor Becherer-Bailey is awesome. Very patient and personable. I generally avoid male doctors but he made me feel comfortable, and after being told by multiple nurses that what I was coming in with would likely if not definitely require a type of exam I struggle with due to PTSD, he told me the few things that it would rule out and that those didn't seem likely so I didn't get one - and didn't worry about the fact that I wasn't. Everyone working here was nice and felt human which is very refreshing for someone afraid of medical attention.
Serious Security and Documentation Concerns I'm deeply troubled by my experience at this hospital regarding my son's medical records and paperwork. During one of my son's visit, his stepmother was somehow allowed to change his personal information on his medical paperwork without proper authorization. As his legal parent and guardian, I was not contacted or consulted about these changes, nor did I provide consent for anyone else to modify his records. This raises serious concerns about the hospital's protocols for handling patient information and verifying authorization. Medical records are sensitive legal documents, and the hospital should have strict procedures in place to prevent unauthorized modifications. When I discovered the changes, I immediately brought this to the attention of the hospital staff. Their response was disappointing, and did little to address my concerns but corrected the situation promptly. This level of negligence regarding patient information is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. This incident has severely damaged my trust in this facility's ability to maintain accurate records and protect patient information. How can I trust medical care when I can't even trust that my son's basic information will remain secure and accurate? I strongly urge the hospital administration to review their policies regarding who can access and modify patient information and implement stronger verification procedures. Patients and their legal guardians deserve to know their personal information is secure and handled with appropriate care. If you're a parent considering this hospital, I would recommend being extremely vigilant about your child's paperwork and documentation.
