The front staff showed extreme disrespect for elderly patients. Threatened to call the police on them for wanting to talk out a misunderstanding stating fearing for their life when they chased down the couple which you just don't do if you are scared for your own well-being. I don't know what upper management looks like but the office staff needs to be resigned or fired because they definitely aren't people persons.
Horrible experience don’t ever go here. We were at our appointment but someone else was sent inside Ariel receptionist is horrible person to work with and she kept arguing how she can send someone in our place. Provider Subhekchya Sharma is also useless and rude. Don’t waste time with these people. Not Swedish standards clearly. If anything lower than 1 star will give that.
I have an inspire sleep device; implanted in 2021. My pulmonologist has retired and I saw Swedish sleep medicine as a follow up to the surgery. Well, I will say that Dr. Roman is great. His office is a mess!! I called after a period of time had gone by due to the fact that I lost my job and my partner had developed cancer. I am now in a position to take care of myself, so wanted a review of my current status. When I called for my appointment, I was passed around six times over a one hour and six minute time period. None of the schedulers wanted to take responsibility for scheduling this follow up appointment and I got past back-and-forth. I was also lectured because I didn’t come in yearly for appointments. The schedulers were rude and clearly fighting amongst themselves as to whose job it is to schedule a patient who is more than a year out. Dr. Roman should really look for a new staff; because they do not reflect the quality of the work he does
I have miss 2 appointments due to my sleep disorder. I understand there policies. But I gladly they won’t see me any more. every time I had an appointment with July in the past she was very rude and told me to not ever schedule an appointment until she tells me to schedule. That she will contact me.
Insanely bad customer service. Denied at my appointment time due to having a slight amount of mucus in my nose. Not asked this prior to the appointment. Not asked this in the confirmation phone call. Not mentioned to be a potential issue in the confirmation message. Was not asked to elaborate, simply flat out denied at the very mention that I had mucus in my nose, after waiting 4-5 months for my appointment. I'm a full time student with a full time job, making time for this was a one time event I was able to do to try to fix my sleeping issues. Thanks for the coldness and absolute lack of consideration.
