Dr. Brett Hall handled my sons fear of doctors amazingly! I truly appreciate him.

They made me go sit on a curb and wait for my Uber when the lobby was empty and it was 82 degrees outside because it's their "policy". I'm a very passive person and quiet and there was no reason they could me 30 mins for my ride to arrive.

My established doctor left the practice and I was notified via mail. When I called to schedule with a new provider, I was told none were taking on the patients of the departing doctor and all their books were closed. I am very limited by my insurance where I can go and now have no other options without traveling quite a distance for care.

Found out today that when you're primary care doctor leaves the practice, they drop you as a patient. You are then seen as a "new" patient. They will no longer see you if their doctors are not seeing new patients. This is extremely messed up! Dropping patients n they've been seen by a clinic their whole life...very unethical. And no, we never received a letter telling us the doctor left or was leaving the clinic.

Dr. Vallinga and his PA Peter Frey in orthopedics are simply the best. They took great care of me before and care my knee surgery. They were amazing in the clinic and in the hospital with friendly bedside manner. They took the time to really listen to what was going on and understand, and treat with respect and quality. Thank you!
