Great providers. Listen well. Knowledgeable.. Diagnosed 2 problems with current treatment are ordered necessary labs for further correction of one issue and adjusted machine pressure problem to improve my treatment outcomes. Personable practitioners as well and willing to take time to answer questions. The only problem Is short staffing and length of time between practitioner visits which Is way too long. There Is a long backlog for both getting a sleep study as well as to get further appointments.. of about 4 months.

Accommodating staff! I was 10 minutes late and the Sleep Med staff were still able to see me and complete my service. I didn’t feel hurried and my questions were all answered. Dr. Damien is fascinating and I enjoy visiting with him.

I have had four appointments with the Skagit Regional Sleep Clinic. The doctors and nurses are good. The follow-up administrative staff have performed poorly. Examples are receiving prescriptions. They do not know what to forward, where to forward the information, etc. It took three weeks to forward the prescription to the proper recipient. They even had to call me for information. When forward records they did not provide all reports then became arrogant and condescending when asked about the matter. I am a veteran using VA Community Care services for medical treatments, Skagit Regional staff do not know how to coordinate with VA for payments. When their staff become frustrated, they just send the bill to me to pay. Billing staff are arrogant and uncaring. If you need to go to Skagit Regional be prepared to deal with the support staff over the simplest things. It will take weeks to straighten out.

My zoom appointment with Dr. Santani went well- he went over all the results from My sleep study and answered all my questions- he also gave me a plan to improve my sleep quality and will have me check in to see how it’s going- he was very polite knowledgeable and encouraging! I was very happy with how this visit went and highly recommend SKAJIT Valley health sleep department For anyone wanting to improve there quality of sleep- they have the answers!!!

Easy to park! Entering from the Kincaid street entrance of the hospital, signage on the walls to get to the sleep clinic was very poor. And the map at that entry does not have the clinic shown on the map. However staff walking by were very helpful to try to direct even when they didn’t know where the clinic was. The UPS delivery man was the one who rescued us! Highly recommend Thea Anderson, Nurse practitioner. She was very through and professional.
