Check in was smooth and friendly receptionist. The PA or nurse was very courteous and professional. Dr Chan asked good questions about my health and personal life. I full confidence in him with my heart and health care, he took his time to find out how I was feeling and doing. And discussed a follow up in the spring.
The staff are professional and good at what they do, very efficient. The doctor was excellent too, providing knowledgeable and in-depth explanations. He also listened to my questions and concerns and answered them right away.
This office is great! Dr. Michelle Thompson and the clinic crew are amazing at what they do. Bedside manner is unmatched - absolutely fantastic. The doctor, nurses and anesthesiologist will all make you feel like you are important and their focus is on you. Which helped calm my nerves down. This was my first experience with any type of sedation. They were informative and explained everything to me which made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Olympia Multi-specialty to anyone looking for great, attentive care.

Staff was very courteous. Dr. Linton absolutely amazing. Genuinely concerned about my quality of life. Very thorough, he made me feel Comfortable and confident with his knowledge and understanding of my struggles. Sending me immediately to a specialist in Seattle for further evaluation. I will have my daughter referred to him for her condition as well . I highly recommend him to anyone In need of neurology care; I have had to see numerous neurology doctors he made me feel more confident and comfortable than all of them combined together.
