I recently experienced my first sleep study at Pacific Sleep Program and am highly impressed with their knowledge, compassion and professionalism. They qualified me for my insurance to cover my treatments and CPAP device 100%. I will be fitted for my device in the next several weeks, and fully expect a real transformation in my health as a result. These people care, and they know what they’re doing.
Holy smokes! I've never seen a doctor as proactive and caring as Dr Breaden. I am a fellow physician and needed help; she spoke with me extensively after hours and worked with all of us to create the best possible outcome. I felt inspired to be a better doc myself because of her!!
I found the staff very helpful and nice when I had my overnight study. I have found them professional and easy to communicate with over the past couple years.
Do not take your elderly parent there. Unless they need no assistance with getting a slipper on . Or making it to the bathroom .which is 2 hallways away from the rooms.they are rude no bedside manner and i had to pick up my mom. 2.5hours after leaving her there . Cause the nurse said its not her job To assist .1030 at night i had to pick her up cause she couldnt help with my moms slipper.
VOODOO. If you're an insomniac, don't waste your time. Can get melatonin in any store, which is all they want to you to take. It will help a small group of people. But NOT most insomniacs. Takes months to get an appointment. Its been weeks and I haven't heard from them about a follow up. Nor have I heard anything on my lab results. Not to mention that they did not acknowledge my past doctors (3 of them) treatments. Wasted time getting an appointment, no help/cure, no follow up...and missed time at work for absolutely NOTHING. Over 1 month later, they sent me a bill. Once again; no diagnosis , no cure, no treatment , no help, no follow up ( not even results from blood lab which I discovered on my own that I am diabetic) I received NOTHING of help from here. Only missed time from work and loss of wages. I should send THEM a bill. Save $$ and time, DO NOT GO HERE. They should feel bad for charging my insurance company.
