If you were here and didn’t come back due to any reason, you should give them a second chance! My tech was terrific and they have clean and fresh facilities.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the incredible sleep tech who worked with our toddler during both his initial sleep study at 15 months and his follow-up titration study at 18 months. From the very beginning, this tech went so far above and beyond anything we ever expected, and his compassion and skill made an experience that could have been overwhelming into something truly positive. What really stood out is how quickly and intuitively he adapted to our son’s needs. When he learned that our toddler is hard of hearing, he didn’t miss a beat. He immediately started using tactile methods to help soothe and engage him—rubbing his back gently, giving him things to hold and explore, and using comforting physical cues to help him feel secure. It was clear he had a deep understanding of how to communicate and connect with children who have sensory or communication differences. He took his time to introduce everything to my son and communicated with him with so much care. Sleep studies can be difficult for any child, let alone a toddler, but this tech was so calm, patient, and understanding. He treated our little one with such gentleness and respect, always staying attuned to his comfort. He created a peaceful, supportive environment that helped my son settle in despite all the wires and unfamiliar surroundings. As a parent, watching someone care for your child with such dedication and warmth is something you never forget. We were nervous going into the first study, but walked away in awe of how smoothly everything went—and even more so during the follow-up. This tech is a rare gem, and I’m beyond grateful that he was part of our son’s care team during such an important process. If you have a young child—or especially a child with special needs—undergoing a sleep study, I can’t imagine a better person to help guide them (and you) through it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

One of the worst experiences, I should have known it was a scam when they demanded a credit card up front even though I have insurance, it was to assure I would keep my appointment. Then when I showed up, I set in the Dr. Office- not the waiting room for 45 min waiting for the Dr to come on the zoom meeting. I young lady working there asked if i would like them to call me and schedule a home zoom meeting since they were running late, I said yes. Thought to myself I should have neen the one to ask for a credit card. When they finally called to schedule the appointment I was told they would email me the info, if I didnt receive it to call back, I made sure they jad my email. No info, so I called the next day, office closed, I called again the next dsy left a message with a young man who said he would pass the message on, that i would receive a call the next morning. A couple days later still no call, I sent a text saying I eould just come into the office. I get a remider call to remind me of my appointment. I went in for my appointment, thought it was going to work out, the Dr. Got on the zoom call after he gathered so info he told me I need to come in for a sleep test. After I explained I couldnt do that because my wife is diabled and I couldnt leave her home alone.[ I was refered to this clinic becaue I was told by my Dr. They could do a home study] anyway this Dr. Who is suspossed to ne a professional got grustrated and started yelling at me saying I wouldnt get the equolipment I need, finally he said Ill put in for it, but you will proberly be denied then you can come back and say " Sorry Dr." I intend to talk to my Dr. And tell him not to refere anyone else to this clinic. Also I talked to anothe sleep center who researched my condition and said yes the will do a inhome study. NO ONE SHOULD BE ABUSED BY A DR. WHO IS GETTIN BIG MONEY FROM YOU. I don't think a Dr. In texas should try treating patients in Alaska, and if they do treat them like you appreciate their business. The medical technician in charge, Alicia , did a superb job. Put me at ease by explaining the procedures to me, answered questions, seemed concerned and caring. Very professional and knowledgeable Facility clean and met needs of the sleep study Would recommend to others. Fay lauver
