The Technician was absolutely super it that she was friendly, knowledgable and made you feel totally at ease doing the sleep study. The room and bed was excellent for sleeping. I would recommend this sleep center to anyone that needs a sleep study.
Cepap machine is gonna be a night mare! I was well cared for at clinic. Was very comfy. Was very nice. No problem making appointment and nurse explained every thing. Just one problem the machine its self . needs more research //\\ development!!!
Had a hiccup trying to make pre-appointment telephone connection for questions, but the appointment and overnight evaluation clinic experience seemed flawless. The testing staff professional was the epitome of coupling professionalism with informative knowledge and warm 'put you at ease' personality. I was most impressed and would highly recommend.
The staff was great. However, the place is noisy and non informative pre sleep. They send you email 2 days after you're done with study. Apparently, they didn't input my questionaire because it wasn't to their likely. They don't tell you about either taken your meds before study or bring them with you;and or, explain you can't bring your cpap during study.Which made my night even more sleepless. The bed isn't what my doctor prescribed me to sleep in or the position. And no shower to get the glue out of your head...all in all it was a horrible experience. The staff on duty was the only good thing about this business. It was like going and paying for a motel room on the side on the road with paper thin walls. You can here your neighbor snore.
