THE WORST. EXTREMELY difficult to get someone on the phone. They seem to highly encourage “texting” or using their “secure messaging” portal for communication but they take an entire workday or two to reply back. Horrible patient service /Admin process.
Dr Gonzalez was caring, compassionate, & helped me make a challenging decision. She is also a master in her filed. I highly recommend her.
I had an appt for an EEG with J-E. He was very knowledgeable about the entire procedure and made sure that I felt comfortable as the process would take an hour. He really cares for his patients and makes the environment calm with soothing music in the background. I definitely recommended his care if you need an EEG.
First EEG ever did not know what to expect, it went very well thanks to my guy Jason (JE). Did a fantastic job in making you feel comfortable. To Whoever has to go through this process, I would highly recommend someone to go to this location if you want a nice, pleasant, and stress free experience. Stay safe/healthy everyone 🤙🏽
No one WANTS to have to go to get an EEG but whenever Jason is my technician I honestly don’t mind. Such enjoyable and sincere conversation. In a day and age where we are all so disconnected it’s nice to be able to have a connection with a real person and feel like a real person and not a patient. Mahalo nui Loa Jason + HPN staff.
