I am very pleased with my In - Clinic sleep study performed at this facility. They offer supportive staff, comfortable/clean private bedrooms, fans for noise block, tv, snacks, and adequate sleep testing. I am a very light sleeper due to my extreme sensitivity to both noise and temperature while sleeping; I was skeptical about being able to sleep in a clinic over night. This clinic is very accommodating to patients requests and concerns. I asked for a quiet room, away from other people or noises (even footsteps in hallway will wake me). I was able to bring my personal noise machine too. I am relieved and happy with the experience I had here.

I've been using C-Pap machines for the last 15 years. Saw Dr.Tartaglia (an excellent doctor by the way) in regard to purchasing a new machine being mine was over 5 years old. He checked the SD card on my current machine to make sure everything was fine, rechecked it 6 weeks later, also fine, so he sent a scrip over to their in house supplier. That was last Fall and still no machine. Apparently supply issues and my name was put on a list. My only question is, where do new patients get machines when they are diagnosed with sleep apnea there for the first time ? Do they also go on the waiting list of over 150 patients as well ? Online stores have machines available. Not particularly happy about this situation, and I don't imagine the others on the list are either. For this reason only, 2 stars and I'm still waiting. Dr.Tartaglia, 5 stars.

It took 60 days for the doctor to review my CPAP trial. I called to follow up, but the doctor/office only responded after I contacted the Toledo Clinic compliance office. But, of course, they billed me right away. Terrible communication! The techs at the clinic were wonderful, that's the only reason there are 2 stars.

I received a statement in the mail that looked like a break down of what my insurance has paid to date and nothing like a due date, minimum amount due, no invoice number and nothing to detach and send in with payment . After I received a second statement I went to there office to ask about it and was told that was there bill so I made a payment. I got a call from them when my account hit the 90 days mark telling me if I dont set up a payment plan where they charge my credit card they can not guarantee me i will not be sent to a collection agency even if I continue to make regular payments. I just feel like there accounting department could make things more clear and not threaten collections after only 90 days.
