Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor. He's very thorough and explains everything. The wait can be long, but worth it in my opinion. He's probably explaining treatments, options, diagnosis, etc. with patients. I wish more doctors were like him.

I think Dr. Goli is a great doctor and I respect him, but this office has a problem. It seems impossible to be seen within 60 min of your appointment. Today it was over 2 hours of waiting and that is not acceptable. Making patient wait 2 hours for a scheduled appointment means you do not value my time. I've gone to Dr. Goli for about a year and every appointment has been a 1-2 hour wait. It's just bad. Other reviews note rude staff. I have found his staff to be very nice but they are overworked. The waiting room is full, the phone is ringing off the hook, even the fax machine is drowning them in paper. They may be short with you because they are overworked and tired. The issue we have is that neurologists are not abundant in AL. You don't have many options so people opt to wait. I wish they would stop double booking slots, knowing that timing is an issue. Tell me you can't see me for 6 months, but tell me you will see me at 10:15 in 6 months instead of double booking every slot and running 2+ hours behind. I will not be going back, which is unfortunate. I told Dr. Goli that today and he did not care at all. He acknowledged the issue and offered to help me move to a new provider. I guess that is all he can do.

Dr. Goli truly is an incredible doctor. He is one of these few doctors these days that take the listen to his patients and understand their needs. He takes the time to come up with the best care solution. Yes you may wait a little longer at the office. But when he is in the room with you, you have his full attention. He is a great doctor and I am glad I found him.

Husband showed up for his 9:30appt and there was no one there. Waiting room opened but lights off. Had to go next door to different doctor office to see what was going on. A nurse text that person back saying they would open at 1pm. Never did they inform him of a time change. He took time off work and drove 45min to get there. After looking at the reviews, I would agree them. Terrible way to treat your patients.

No to sure what to say about this place. The black hair receptionist put a call on speaker for the whole lobby to hear that a patient needed her call transferred. Walked in to sign In and there was a list of people’s personal info not marked off. Then before leaving the same receptionist is yelling out chart numbers of patients. I don’t think I would feel to safe giving any information to these two receptionists
