Dr Watts and his staff are great. Every time I have gone to have test done they told me what tests they would be doing and put me at ease. I have told my family and friends about how friendly and helpful Dr Watts and his employees were to me.

Dr told me I had bilateral carpal tunnel. I said why are my legs fatigued? He said sleep apnea lol. Turns out it was ALS. He said it absolutely wasn't. Lol. Every DR after him has laughed at his idiotic diagnosis. Avoid Dr watts at all cost.

They are more worried about sleep apnea then the cyst on his nerves. My husband falls all the time and has to walk with a cane. Update 02/23/2025. After seeing a different doctor the determined my husband has ALS. Using Dr. Watts test he ran on my husband. Please find a different doctor if you are referred to this Doctor.

Staff is very rude. Don't talk bad about a patient right outside the exam room door, we can hear every word. And by the way, how can I tell the doctor I can't take a medication if he never tells me that he wants me try it???? I walked out and told them to cancel everything, I will have my primary care find a more professional place!

I went there on the advice of my doctor. Saw a doctor who sent a prescription to my cvs. My insurance company denied the drug because of the way some questions were answered on the form. Two weeks later I tried to get ahold of the doctor I used. And found out just how rude and unprofessional the front staff is. I left voice mails twice with my doctors nurse and came up across the second round of rudeness. Even though the voicemail says they will return a call the same business day, the first message I left was two weeks ago. The second was one week ago with still no response. I even took a letter from my insurance company and dropped it off in person at the front desk to hope that they would give it to my doctor. Still no answer back. I am calling my family doctor today to get a referral to a better organization that has a better staff that knows how to treat patients. This review has no reflection on the doctor I saw there. She was very polite and professional, unlike everyone between me and her. The second issue was they made my appointment for 7am. The clinic doesn’t open till 7:30. I talked to a receptionist about that and was told, we can’t fix that…. Wow.
