I am a current patient that has sleep apnea. I got the flu and it progressed into pneumonia. I felt as though I wasn't getting better so I tried to be seen by my pulmonary physician. After explaining my symptoms and diagnosis, I was told a walk-in clinic would be my best bet or that I could wait until January.
I have a test I’ve been trying to get in to have done for the better part of a year now and without fail, they call in cancel the day of or with very little forewarning. at this point it’s been at least 3 TIMES. When I have health problems and try and reschedule due to literally being hospitalized several times this year,. They tell me I can’t or I’ll have to go through a big process to get back in. Extremely double standard and very rude. Also, they have significantly messed up on billing before which is just stressful as heck. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s just the only place in the area I can go. I’ve already even had to switch doctors there because I was very unhappy with the first one.
