STAY AWAY! This place is the worst. No follow up, difficult to reach, faulty equipment to name just a few of the problems.

I would not recommend getting testing done at this clinic. Nobody answers the phone, returns calls, or is even at the facility often. I had to reschedule my first appointment, called, left a message and never heard back. A few weeks later I called again, and finally got a return call weeks later to set up the appointment. I drove out there, met with a lovely nurse who was amazing but about to leave on leave, so things seemed great! I picked up my at home sleep study a few weeks later (I arrived on time but nobody was there, had to wait in the parking lot for the office guy to come and finally unlock it), got some instructions and went home and did it. When I came to return my sleep study, I expected to pay, and have the opportunity to tell them about my experience (aka is it a problem when I woke up certain wires were out of place, do I need to re do it?). After driving for an hour in the middle of a workday to drop off my study on the day and time DISCUSSED, nobody was there. I waited for 20 minutes and called the office lines multiple times to no response. FINALLY I got through to the sleep lab, who put me on hold while they tried to get through to the office. After 30 minutes standing in the parking lot with expensive equipment I was told to LEAVE THE STUDY BEHIND A PLANT (attached photo) and leave. Could not make this up. Since then (3 weeks ago) I have heard nothing from the clinic about my results, a follow up appointment, payment, or even a simple apology for nobody being there and the waste of my time. I finally called them myself earlier today but would not be surprised if I never get a response. Highly recommend working with quite literally any other sleep lab in town.

I ended up coming here because there was a long wait for the sleep specialist actually in New Orleans. Please do not waste your time and energy with this facility. After doing a sleep study, it took 6 weeks and several calls to get my results, and they refused to actually provide me a report. They claim I have no primary care provider on file even though the PA who did my initial intake clearly recorded my primary care provider. Now he doesn’t have access to my results so he can’t help me. They won’t even communicate with my insurance company, despite billing them for multiple visits. The doctor claimed he was going to put in a prescription for DME but gave me no information on the company or any way to follow up, and my insurance company also couldn’t figure out what DME contractor they use, despite calling. This place is either scamming patients and insurance or is simply too incompetent to function. The amount of time I’ve wasted with this facility is so frustrating. Do whatever you can to avoid coming here. If it was possible to give less than one star I would.

PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET TESTED AFTER! After constantly being contacted about being on time for my appointment, I arrive 15 minutes EARLY only to find NO ONE showed up for work that day! And it wasn't just my time, gas, & money wasted, another lady was there who drove from an hour & a 1/2 away for absolutely nothing! Then while waiting in the parking lot I'm informed that the person who should've have been there since 10 a.m. called literally, @10 a.m. to say he's not coming to work b/c he's sick. Then I was told, after getting a ride an hour away from my home, that I should understand that things happen 👀 oh, I was also informed that the other people coming after me have already been informed not to waste their time. Now, seeing that I did NOT get that same courtesy, tell my she would even inform me of such a thing if she wasn't trying to anger me further. I suggested that they contact me & inform me if they can mail the device b/c I will NOT come back out there & the lady literally laughed to a point that I had to tell her "I'm dead serious!" Then I spoke w/ the doc who sent me & told them to cancel it all. Here I am 2 weeks later checking the mail only to find a device that I shouldn't have received at all with a letter of prices for if they don't receive back the same device I should NEVER have received. When I suggested it I clearly asked to be notified of IF they decided to mail it and DO NOT FORGET THE RETURN LABEL! Once the doctor was inform to cancel it all it should've been a done deal but here I am waiting for a call back from this clinic about them getting their device returned to them.

FIRST REVIEW 1 star (See follow-up review below): Never actually saw the doctor even after two years of “visits” and two sleep studies. I’ve been waiting for 5 months for another sleep study but they won’t schedule it until they have multiple patients needing the same sleep study so they can bill insurance for all of them while only paying for minimal staffing. At my prior sleep studies I found the furniture, bed included, to be old and worn out giving a sort of garage sale decor atmosphere. The bathrooms were dirty with prior patients hair on the sink and floor. Finding a good sleep doc who isn’t booked far in advance is a huge challenge so I booked one more tellehealth apt which went like this; Log on, wait 45 minutes, then get a call from a receptionist who informed me that the nurse who was scheduled to see me just finished with her last appointment but she couldn’t see me because it was now time for her lunch and they were closing the office so could I please log back on in two hours for my appointment. 🤔 I burst into laughter, asked if she was serious and when she said yes I wished them a joyful lunch and informed them that I won’t be their patient any longer. FOLLOW-UP REVIEW 5 stars: Within hours of leaving this review, I received a call from the practice manager, who was seemed sincerely concerned about my experience. She agreed that much of my experience was not what they wanted for their patients. She took steps to resolve the appointment issues and got me scheduled for the sleep study I’d been waiting for. Following the study I had my first appointment with the doctor who owns and operates the practice. In closing, I was pleasantly surprised by the action taken by the practice manager following my negative experience and review. I’m pleased with how hard she worked to resolve the issues to ensure that my sleep health was properly evaluated and treated. Thank you very much!!
