This place is trash and doesn’t deserve the one star I am applying. Not helpful at all, the lady at the front desk is beyond rude. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. My grand daughter is a new patient. She has epilepsy and needs her seizure medication but can’t get it until she’s seen on the 28th. What happens if she has a crisis? Then you have a concerned patent that’s there for the well being of their child and they call the police because they are being rude and not helpful. I would raise my voice too. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Waited almost 2 hours. Dr said 3 words to my son, after we drove 2 hours for the appointment, handed my son the chart and walked out. Extremely rude and unfriendly Dr.

My daughter had an appointment with Dr Antezana today-very professional and kind, answered questions- concerned and informative. Thankful to have this physician in Alexandria. Staff was excellent- from front desk, nurse and checkout. I thank God for these folks. Wait time was 15 min. Would definitely recommend to anyone with MS.

Unhelpful. Was told it would take 4 weeks to get my child’s eeg results back. I asked the receptionist so I have to wait 4 weeks to find out if my child is having seizures and her response was well if it’s like bad bad they will call you. Excuse me but when exactly is a seizure not a like bad bad thing. Thankfully my pediatrician was able to get them after a week. Oh did I mention it was done in house so there wasn’t exactly a middle man holding it up. Only up side was the friendly staff.

I don't write reviews for Dr offices, but this was ridiculous there is one Dr and they over book his appt. The Doctors time is not more important then my time. If my appt is for 900 I should be seen at 9 or 915 the latest. I waited an hour before I just walked out. If you accept this from Dr that is on you. No one should have to wait for over 15mins to be seen. You are his customers and deserve better without you he wouldn't be in business.
