**** UPDATED REVIEW*** I want to give the biggest shout out to Dr. Akinyemi Ajayi and Johan Garcia! Within minutes of leaving my review (because I truly wasn't sure if the rep was gonna relay my concerns) they called me! They were so understanding, and eager to get to complete the virtual eval for me RIGHT NOW, to ensure he can come in Sunday. Dr. Ajayi was so knowledgeable and explained everything about what it could be. I am truly just blown away about how quick and well they resolved my issues. They truly cared. I appreciate it so much!!! My son was referred to them after years of expressing concerns about his sleeping. The initial rep was wonderful at ensuring all my appointments were made. Explaining everything. Well I had a zoom appointment today with Michele Wilcox for a pre appointment I guess before his sleep study's Sunday. It was at 4pm. She is still not on the zoom meeting. I called the reps 2 time. 1 said give her a few minutes I can't get in touch with anyone. Gave her another 15. Called back and she said is gonna have to reschedule. I inquired about his sleep study Sunday.... she said oh. That too. I expressed my dissatisfaction as I wanted it completed this month. As my son ins will be changing after this month. She apologized couldn't give a reason why the provider wasn't on. I asked for a manager to call me. She said she doesn't know if they would. I had to cancel all my sons appointments. Started with high hopes and now I feel like the practice can't even manage simple appointments. Hopefully this can get to someone who actual cares.
This office is very clean and organized. Dr. Demissie was very kind and patient. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a very clear manner. All of the staff was great. They speak Spanish which is a plus! Thank you!
Dr. Demissie is a highly skilled and knowledgeable medical professional. During my visits, I have always felt listened to and well-informed about my son’s health concerns and treatment options. The doctor has a friendly bedside manner and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The staff at the clinic is also friendly and efficient, making the overall experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Dr. Demissie to anyone in need of a children’s lungs, asthma and sleep specialist.
I have been here a few times and with more follow up appointments to come with my son. So far the staff is so kind. Dr. Demissie is very kind and thorough, takes his time to explain treatments and their purpose and reasoning for ordering tests and treatments. Grateful to have found this practice!
Dr. Demissie is the best specialist. He knows the best treatment for his patient, and he is very kind. He had been the doctor for my daughter for 4 years and always fantastic. Everyone from his Habana Office are great. I recommend him 100%.
