I can’t thank Children’s enough for the care my daughter received. If your child is struggling with mental health, this is an excellent option for help. I truly felt my daughter was safe while she was there, and the staff prioritize safety with every patient. They offer three visitation times each day, provide complimentary caregiver meals in the café, and validate parking. During such an incredibly difficult time, they do everything possible to make the experience a little less painful for families.

I wish I could say my son’s life was saved, but he was unfortunately unable to be saved. Everyone told me it’s the best hospital around and I can attest that children are treated with love and kindness by the doctors and nurses at this hospital. Floor 8 PICU team accommodated and treated us parents so kindly and were informative and respectful throughout our entire journey in his care. I couldn’t have asked for kinder people to deal with during a stressful and emotionally draining time. Rest in Peace, Rhys 💙🧸👼🎃 my beloved baby boy.

Do not have your baby here. My wife's infection symptoms were completely blown off and ignored after a emergency c section. Was discharged with no antibiotics and then let go again 2 days later with antibiotics when she did in fact have a infection. 12 hrs later she is re admitted for 2 weeks for an infection that could have been prevented and almost killed her. Terrible experience. Then they moved our baby around multiple times wile in the nicu, every nurse says something different Noone really knows what's going on. Will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

My son was rushed by ambulance to Children's Hospital from a differnt hosptial a couple of weeks ago because my son's appendix ruptured. I am so grateful for all of the doctors, nurses, and staff. They literally saved my son, thank you so much! Ive never been to a hospital where every single staff member was spectacular, including the cleaning lady. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and caring towards my son and I, and they did everything in their power to save my son. Thank you so much for being so great. The hospital is also so clean and amazing! On our floor there was two seperate game rooms with an arcade! I was just blown away! Of coarse i hope ee never have to go back there because I want my children to stay healthy forever, but God forbid something happens again, this will be the only hospital I take my children to! Thanks so much! You all are mine and my son's heros!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My son had an eye care appointment here at the children's hospital and I was amazed with the atmosphere of this place. Very kid-friendly and colorful. I can see why people bring their children from greater distances to this hospital. The Doctors were so great with making my son feel comfortable with the eye exams that they performed. (Including putting eye drops in to dialate his pupils) All staff members and Doctors were very helpful and professional
