Working with Dr. Stultz has been not only helpful, but also validating. It's so refreshing to have a provider that actually LISTENS and treats me like a person rather than just a number.
My child has been trying to get an appointment there based on a recommendation by their PCP for one month. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. It makes me very hesitant to send my child here. How are we supposed to get appointments, test results, or anything else basic if they won't answer the phone? Edit: It’s been several months since I wrote the review and my hesitation had merit. This office is a disaster. Go elsewhere.
I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and still hadn't been taken back to be seen (they had already gotten my vitals) So I asked to reschedule. I was told to seek treatment elsewhere. That's not helping people's mental health. She doesn't even deserve one star.
Was put on to many meds at the highest recommended dose. Became extremely forgetful. End up abruptly dropped off of those meds after over 10 years. Ended up going through mental withdrawal during Covid and now have tardive dyskinesia from those meds. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone especially not for children.
Unfortunately the practice is in serious decline. No response to phone calls at all, none. Polite staff answer phone but have no ability to pass on messages to critical staff. Multiple Medical Staff members not licensed in West Virginia therefore not having privileges in West Virginia. Clinical staff are often temps so no continuity of care. These problems Can lead to serious compromise of your healthcare. Look for practice with more MD physicians and long term RN, NP,PA providers. Not returning phone calls in itself is telling for any business let alone for one that provides critical medical services. Look elsewhere, after first in person appointment you will no longer be important. In person appointments with licensed personnel extremely long Waite list. It’s sad loss to small town when first string provider deteriorates so abruptly.
