I can’t say enough great things about this place! We see Ms. Hearn PA for both myself and my son and she is ABSOLUTELY incredible. Her bedside manner is the textbook role model and she’s so incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve been going through a rough patch with my asthma and I left today feeling a little more hopeful and confident in my care. She’s absolutely incredible for both pediatrics and adults.
My son goes here and the staff and doctor is very respectful and they communicate great. My son has sleeping issues and when we got here and seen the doctor he told us to stop the medicine his pcp put him on because it will make it worse. I am very pleased with this office and I will bring all my family here if need to be.
From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome, cared for, and truly valued. Everyone is kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. The atmosphere is calm and uplifting, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I couldn’t ask for a better team — Prana Health deserves more than five stars! ✨ 🥇
Beware: Do not go to this “Doctors” office. Before I share my experience, I want to acknowledge that there are a small handful of people here who seem willing to help. Unfortunately, the majority at this office appear incapable of providing genuine patient care. My 9-year-old son was seen for pulmonary issues and was prescribed a CPAP. Getting the equipment was simple, but the continuing care was a disaster. He was given a silicone mask that caused severe contact dermatitis—so bad he developed an open wound and now has a scar across the bridge of his nose. When I brought this to the PA’s attention, they showed little true concern. Weeks went by without resolution while my son was unable to use his CPAP. Despite my repeated calls, I kept hearing the same line: “we’re looking into it.” Eventually, the PA admitted the owners would not authorize a foam mask (a medically appropriate alternative) simply because they “don’t use that equipment.” When I asked for a referral to another provider who could help, they refused. I ultimately had to find a mask myself and transfer his care to another pulmonologist. This entire process was incredibly frustrating and harmful to my son. This practice needs to reorient itself around patient care—not its own bottom line.
My child was referred here after years of other referrals and in just a couple of months we have seen a significant improvement in health. The team took me seriously and we have always been comfortable with our care.
