My Doctor seemed annoyed that I was even there. I went in as a follow up to see how I was doing on the CPAP. I was taking off the mask in the middle of the night and I didn't know why. I told him I didn't know why and he still asked me why I was taking off the mask. He said "I don't know what to tell you" in the same way you would say it to a friend who keeps gambling away their paycheck thinking surely next time will be the big one. Who wants to hear "I don't know what to tell you" from their doctor? Then he told me I had to try new masks with my supplier and I said I already have. He didn't ask if I had done that already, he simply assumed that I hadn't, which was incorrect. The Doctor told me there wasn't much else he could do since the pressure on my machine was automatic. After which he scrolled up on my chart to show me, where it said my pressure was manually set. "Oh." My Doctor didn't even know what was on my chart. I had to be the one to ask if reducing the pressure was something we could do, as if I was the Doctor leading the appointment. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't bring it up, but my hopes weren't too high and he seemed to be trying to wrap up the appointment after only a couple minutes. As he was leading me OUT he asked me how many masks I've tried, as if the thought just struck him. Mind you, this is all while running on poor sleep. And y'know when you're running on poor sleep you get agitated easier. I had to really try to remain level headed. The rest of the team is very nice and accommodating, but unfortunately what matters most is the expert.

Had a great experience today with Dr. Belovs today. He is very knowledgeable in aspects even beyond pulmonology. I’ve been dealing with long covid for a couple of years and he is the first provider that seemed like he wanted to genuinely help me. Also Alma his assistant is so great and was not only super pleasant, but also knowledgeable! Will continue to keep seeing them going forward.

Wonderful to work with. Doesn't sugarcoat in conference. Quiet and humble working with you. Gives it to you straight. I always look forward to my appointments with him.

I'm so glad my PCP sent me to Florida Lung & Sleep Associates. They were kind and thorough. I have had my cpap for over a year. I have always heard that good sleep helps your body heal, but my A1C has improved so much that my medication has been lowered. My heart and lungs are great. I recommend coming to this group of medicos.

I’ve been trying to get a machine from this place for over 2 months They keep going back and forth with the supplier And they are not getting the information from my sleep Analysis They say they have faxed them and called them multiple times And asked me if I wanted to call them. I’m the patient and shouldn’t have to do that I’m not on their payroll And I got hold of them right away and they were waiting on some paperwork that they never got and I’m really been having a horrible time trying to sleep so I just bought my own machine This is gotta be the worst experience I ever had with a health provider. On a positive note. They were really friendly at the office but not capable of providing with the medical need that I was seeking. Unbelievable I just had to spend $1000. Why do I have insurance?
