The nurses are wonderful. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Dr. James Bianchi was our doctor in the emergency room tonight. He was rude and has no bedside manner. My daughter was transferred from an urgent care and he laughed when he found this out...in front of us! He talked to us like we were stupid and made it obvious he felt is was a waste of time.

Over all, the staff at McCullough-Hyde is always helpful. My son wrecked his electric scooter and injured himself. RN John was super helpful and attentive to my boys needs. Thank you!

My mother was in there this morning at noon and she went in with a very hurt back hurt to move. They said it was a lumbosacral strain they did no scans no bloodwork pumped. Her full of medication didn’t give any information about any of her medication’s. They did such a horrible job gave her no blankets did not give her any patient care service of any kind when she was getting checked in and everything they made her move multiple times on her own because the nurse is back finally healed and I guess she was calling my mother fat and didn’t wanna pick her up and do her job so my mother had to move herself while in pain to another bed with no blanket. Nothing drink at all this is a very terrible hospital to have this kind of treatment and to push her away after still being in pain and her nurse that they had written down for her to come and see her was nowhere to be found so they had to find a person to fill in her shift Because I guess she was with someone else which is OK but still would like to have been seen by you know the right Nurse again will not be coming back to this hospital. Terrible service terrible help try better.

Don’t ever go to this place. Deb, the nurse was amazing and the sweetest soul ever but the practices of the facility are terrible. I have a severely sprained ankle, mind you I’ve had multiple major sprains, and this is the worst I’ve ever had. I get told it’s just a mild sprain, I get a boot and crutches, no medicine and sent on my way. I’m currently at home dying of pain because the recommended Tylenol and Ibuprofen rotation simply isn’t working. I called to request ANY meds be sent to my pharmacy that may help me and I was told, no meds will be prescribed for a sprain. This place is a joke and doesn’t care about patients. Only the money they get from them

Presented in the early morning and was quite nervous with my condition and let me tell you what.. NURSE TRACY is an 😇. As a nurse, I've watched the love of health care workers wax cold but this woman has got it!! I prayed that God would direct my path with my choosing of hospitals and I've never even been here or live close and he sent me here because of her. She needs a raise. Definitely very compassionate.
