Dr. Patel [Pulmonology], the staff of nurses and checkout/referral receptionists are inviting and thorough when it came to my care. Only reason for the 4 ⭐are from behaviors of some of the Front desk receptionists . One in particular was very rude and dismissive, while the other just sat quietly in her corner like a scolded puppy. These behaviours almost lead to my abandonment in recieving care. I am glad I stayed. Update. 5 ⭐as of 2024 Coming to this clinic and being understanding took me far in this clinic. I stand by my original statement but I never dealt with this type of behavior again. And i was able to have felt heard and understood. Dr patel and the clinic staff continue to positively affect my overall health. A great network of physicians are in this facility.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. There’s absolutely no communication from this office, and they fail to do their job on multiple levels. I heard the sleep specialist was retiring, and thank God because his level of inattention is borderline negligent. We waited MONTHS just to get an appointment date, and then were told due to the severity of the sleep condition we may qualify for our appointment to be moved up based on availability. No matter when we called the office or how often we called them, we never received so much as a call back nor did anybody answer the phone. After another MONTH of waiting for this appointment after being diagnosed, we met with this so called “specialist” just to be told what they had confirmed in the initial sleep study, and that he would call the insurance agency to issue our medical equipment. TWO WEEKS LATER we phone the insurance company just to find out that once again, this office has failed to do its job. I’m thankful the insurance agent did what was necessary and we now have a date to receive our equipment, at no thanks to this office at all. Truly terrible. If you can find another specialist, even if it’s further away, it’s worth the drive.

I was a patient for many years. The last few years it has been harder to get any help by way of messaging. I’m done with them.

If I could leave a half star for the person that claims to be office manager I would. FYI. She wasn't the office manager, she lied to me. This woman hung up on us while trying to get a prescription transferred after we asked for the office manager.If it's true you can say it. Beware, record your calls. Dr Aljaafareh is a good Doctor! More to come, don't let people do this to us. Record your calls, $30.00 a month for people like this. My wife is 72 years old 2 time lung cancer survivor, COVID almost killed her. All she had to do was apologize.

My appt was at 3..... It's 4:22pm and I'm still waiting on the doctor to come in!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Ladies at reception were awesome. If it wasn't for them, I would've only done 1 star. I have NEVER waited this long for a provider to come in a room unless I was in the emergency room. Dr.A has no sense of urgency. Why make appointments if you won't adhere to the scheduling? Being thorough with patients is one thing, but going WAY over the appointment time is another! TIGHTEN UP!
